1992. Only 1 of 20 purchased by the Georgia State Patrol the last year they used them and the very last Mustang to be sold at state auction (per state documentation) in 2001. It has been restored back to its in service condition condition using the guidance of both the Troopers who were assigned to it during its time in service. All the emergency lights, siren, radio, radar and other equipment functions exactly the way it was when it was patrolling the backroads and highways of Georgia.
I have owned my 1989 5.0 hatchback since 1992, when I bought it from Bickford Ford in Marysville, WA. It is mostly original, having only been repainted the original color. The interior is original and the engine has never been apart. Aside from replacing the weather strips and window motors, it's an original car with 173,000 miles.
